Patrick Mahomes has been unanimously chosen as the top NFL quarterback in a poll conducted by The Associated Press. Mahomes is a highly accomplished player, having won two NFL MVP awards and two Super Bowl MVP awards. The poll consisted of nine AP Pro Football Writers who ranked the top five quarterbacks based on their current status entering the 2023 season. Mahomes received 49 out of 50 first-place votes, solidifying his position as the top quarterback. Other notable quarterbacks in the rankings include Joe Burrow, Josh Allen, Aaron Rodgers, and Jalen Hurts.
