Monday Night Football: Bengals hold off Rams 19-16 for first win

TL;DR: The Cincinnati Bengals secured their first win of the season, defeating the Los Angeles Rams 19-16. The Bengals had a two-score lead in the second half before the Rams made a late touchdown. However, the Bengals recovered an onside kick to seal the victory. Cincinnati's defense had six sacks on Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, while Bengals linebacker Logan Wilson made two interceptions. Rams superstar Aaron Donald had a sack, but it wasn't enough. Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow played through a calf injury and completed 26-of-49 passes for 259 yards with one interception. Rookie wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase had 12 catches for 141 yards, and Joe Mixon ran for a touchdown. Bengals kicker Evan McPherson missed one long field goal but made four others. Burrow stated that he did not experience any setbacks from playing with his injury.
