Super Bowl LVIII wasn't just any football game; it went down in history as the most-watched telecast ever. Yeah, you heard that right – it's officially the biggest in the medium's history, with a whopping 123.4 million viewers tuning in from all sorts of platforms like CBS, Paramount+, Nickelodeon, Univision, and various CBS Sports and NFL digital properties, including NFL+.

This year's clash between the 49ers and the Chiefs didn't just keep us on the edge of our seats with a game that went into overtime, ending in a nail-biting 25-22 win for the Chiefs, but it also managed to draw in a seven-percent increase in viewership from last year's record of 115.1 million. And if that's not enough to impress you, over 200 million people watched at least part of the game. That's a lot of eyes!

But this brings up an interesting point – with the population sitting at around 340 million this month, what exactly were the other 140 million Americans doing instead of joining in on this historic viewing party?

What do you think made Super Bowl LVIII so incredibly watchable? Was it the teams, the halftime show, the commercials, or maybe the sheer spectacle of it all? And for those who might not have tuned in, what were your reasons?

With all these viewers, definitely it was a boost to RFK Jr's presidential bid.  I wonder how much help it did for it?   I wonder what he paid for the ad?

I couldn't even imagine what he paid for that ad (well, I doubt he paid the bill). It would be curious to see if the ads get more and more political.
