Are you familiar with the Whole 30? I do it once a year to help restart my gut. It's total clean eating for 30 days, no sugar, grain, or processed foods of any kind.

I try stuff like this all the time!  I generally switch around the exact plan that I am on each time.  I have heard of Whole 30, but never tried it myself.

How did it work for you? I don't do wheat & limit processed foods & sugar on a regular basis anyways. I have a motto: "Eating junk makes me feel like junk!" So I really try to cut it out.

That is a good motto to have!  I feel like whole 30 would certainly not be considered junk food by any means, but the benefits of those concentrated fruits/veggies are probably lost when you have a healthy diet to begin with.

Thank you! 🙂

It's why I don't believe in diets but rather lifestyle changes. Then you can reap the benefits year-round. Plus, you don't get that icky feeling from detoxing.
