That is a good motto to have!  I feel like whole 30 would certainly not be considered junk food by any means, but the benefits of those concentrated fruits/veggies are probably lost when you have a healthy diet to begin with.

It's why I don't believe in diets but rather lifestyle changes. Then you can reap the benefits year-round. Plus, you don't get that icky feeling from detoxing.
