How do you like to warm-up before exercise?

Recommended Posts

Do you do a video & do their warm-up? Take a brisk walk?

I have some videos on Youtube where I like their warm-ups & tend to do those. If I feel I'm not warmed up enough, I'll throw in some more moves & stretches until I feel comfortable enough to workout.

I used to do warm ups when I did the P90X videos, but now that I only hike, I don't warm up. I just get up and go. I don't even stretch before or after but probably should stretch at least afterward? When I used to go bike riding, I wouldn't warm up except to start off a little slow and then I could get up to my speed of about 17mph.
