Exercise at home or at a gym

I don't exercise at home, I don't go to the gym. I sometimes do yoga at home and I have gone to the gym only a couple of times in my entire life. My favorite way to remain fit and healthy is by going on a walk. I go to walk 3 times a week, for at least 60 minutes. I brisk walk.

Before I started paying for gym subscription, I was strictly working out at home. I make us of workout application which I pay for premium version. It was very helpful for me in getting the right workout drills.
