PC or Console

Nova

Recommended Posts

It's been years this debate has been going on. And a lot of people with money tend to lean towards the console. A lot of folks also prefer PC because of it's multi usage scenario. Ans the thing is that PC is always a better choice if you consider long term investment and also outside the gaming context.

Which one do you choose and why?

I have been gaming on laptop too. I think Asus and MSI are in competition for the gaming laptop space now and they are getting stronger too. I always wanted to move to Macintosh but now that gaming laptops are out. I don't see myself switching to the Apple macbook next few years. I guess there isn't much need for that right now.

I am also a Laptop Gamer and I would truly love to see Apple make a true gaming device.

Both have advantages. It also depends on what type of games people like to play. I prefer the PC, our desktop. The laptop is not the same. I like being able to sit at a desk. Yes, you can with the laptop too lol but it’s much smaller.

I still plug my laptop into a monitor when I am home, I agree that even my 17" screen is not ideal.

I have played games on PC and console and it seems that when it comes to FPS or even Battle Royale I prefer to play on console with a controller but with anything else away from FPS, shooters, or even Battle Royales I don't mind playing on PC.

Unfortunately, my PC at the moment is getting old, the hardware is quite old so it will not run games like it used to and especially not the latest games. I tend to play more on a console now because of that.

Well, I wouldn't argue that PC isn't a great platform to play video games but for the fact that I'm a console fan, I would always choose consoles over PC. Also, looking at how good PS5 compares to PC, it's an easy decision for me to pick PS5.
