Heatman Posted June 28 Share Posted June 28 Every workout drills come with pain. It's why they usually have the phrase - No Pain, No Gain pasted in some gym. I've done reps on almost all workout drills I can think of but the most painful one for me is plank. My max rep duration on plank is 5 minutes. How about you?
