Heatman Posted June 28 Share Posted June 28 I don't know if it's only me that feels this way once I'm done working out because I have a big appetite once I'm done working out for the day. I tend to eat more whenever I workout. I only try as much as possible to eat healthy so as not to compromise my working out efforts.
