Do you sleep enough every night?

Recommended Posts

When it comes to management of your health, you must develop the habit of sleeping well. In everything you do but don't get adequate sleeping hours, your health will always be in jeopardy.

How many hours of sleep do you get every night without having to use pills or anything to induce yourself to sleep?

Depending on what time I have to be up and how long it takes me to drift off to sleep, I can get anything from 5 hours to 8 - 9 hours a night.

On nights that I have to be awake early to ensure my kids get into school I get around 5 - 6 hours but on the weekends, I tend to catch up on some sleep and sleep around 8 - 9 hours.

I used to sleep 8 to 9 hours straight. My sleep slowly started getting messed up. Now I am lucky to get 4 hours straight before waking up. I am able to fall back asleep most nights but I average around 6 hours of broken sleep. I would like to get to a point where I am sleeping 7 hours straight again. I would be happy with that!
