TL;DR: Uber Eats is creating an AI chatbot to offer recommendations and streamline the ordering process. The chatbot was discovered in hidden code within the Uber Eats app by developer Steve Moser. It will ask users about their preferences to provide personalized suggestions and help them place orders faster.

I'm never keen on AI anything. But you see recommendations everywhere! Just do a search for something & ads pop up. Go to a Streaming Service & they list, Shows you may like... It can be nice to a point, to find related items. Does the Streaming Services utilize AI as well?
