TL;DR: McDonald's in the United States is currently offering Pokémon Happy Meals, which include a special Pikachu box, a 4-card Pokémon TCG booster pack, a game coin featuring Pikachu or other fan-favorite Pokémon, and a digital activity accessible through a QR code. McDonald's has previously collaborated with Pokémon and offered otaku-themed food in Japan. Happy Meals may be aimed at kids, but adults are also excited about the Pokémon cards and goods.
