Do you like enabling push notifications?

There are some websites that pops up the notification for you to enable push notifications and some applications have the feature too. Once the push notification is enabled, you would be getting a pop up push notifications over your screen whenever there's an update on the website or app.

Do you like using this push notifications feature or do you see it as something that's annoying?

I find it annoying but I also use the Desktop. I'm not one to use the phone, ours is only for emergencies anyways. But even if I did, I was trying to think & I believe I would still find it annoying to be doing something else & something pops up on my screen. I'll see the notifications when I log into a forum & when I'm ready to react to it.

What about you @Heatman? 🙂

They are very annoying to be very honest, I always have them turned off any website/forum that I'm making use of. I have my schedule on how to visit each sites throughout the week. So, when I come online, I can get on with what have happened or if I get mail about something important, I'll jump on the site immediately.

I have a schedule as well. Then I can get to all the forums I want to & be able to spend time on them.

If I get a PM, I tend to try to view it as soon as I can. Unless they give a snippet & it's a generic one for a holiday or updates.

Yeah, I figured that's the best way to use forums as long as you have other real life situations to take care of everyday. Being able to manage your time with a schedule will make it a bit more easier to keep everything under wraps.
