What helps is to incorporate it & make it a priority by finding the time. Sometimes we feel we don't have the time but if you are at the computer or watching TV, you can incorporate light stretches right there. I know I shouldn't and I can always remember when I was in school that we would always do the warm-up and stretches but it has never been something that I have continued to do into my adult life. Joshua Farrell Posted May 12 Share Posted May 12 I've never been good at warm ups, as I blame my arthritis development in Jr. High and the couple times I was pulled out of school, as why I stopped doing stuff to help workouts go better. Heatman Posted June 28 Share Posted June 28 I learnt ice bathing from Cristiano Ronaldo. It's my best way of cooling down. He's a machine in human form. If I can meet up with his working out habits, I'm going to be a bad ass. He's my role model when it comes to working out. Dwayne Johnson is a beast, I can't do half of what he does in workouts.
