Do you have a favorite song or even a group as a whole that lifts you up anytime you are down? That helps to empower you in life? I like Bon Jovi’s “It’s my life”. Most songs from Bon Jovi are quite empowering in my opinion. There are other songs from the 80’s that I loved as well that helped me through some tough times. Those consisted of finding & having love, beating the odds in life.

I can't find the song right now, but it was one I played while at work from The Creation by Haydn. It was a really powerful piece that put me into full work mode right away. I got so many projects started by listening to that song. I'm trying to find it on YouTube, but the videos I'm seeing are the wrong ones. Amazon has messed up my playlist so now I can't even click on the song to get the remainder of the title. It's from one of the Vienna Choir Boys albums.

My favourite kind of song that's capable of lifting my spirit whenever I'm down isn't really a song per say but instrumentals kind of music. Nightingale by Yanni is a very good example of the instrumentals I'm talking about.

A lot of music of different genres are empowering.   However, I don't like songs about breakups and stuff.   They bring you down.   Actually, they could promote suicide, so they could be dangerous.
