Having too many forums was a mistake I made previously. I still have quite a lot - but, before I trimmed it, my board's layout was a complete mess 😛 . 

Another mistake I made was trying to please everybody - which is just impossible!

Burn-out can be common. What are some warning signs you see that it's time to take a step back & take a leave of absence?

I guess the small things just seem a whole lot more stressful. While we'd normally take those in our stride, and handle them one at a time, they just pile up and overload us when we're feeling burned out!
