I agree with you! Some designer dogs crossed with wolves have had to be put down. Not the creature's fault.

It's definitely not the creature's fault because they never created themselves. Whatever that's happening with them is as a result of what was done to them. This kind of medical or scientific practice should be banned in my opinion.

Congrats on Nigeria winning your first match

    Thank you @ZandraJoi

Honestly, we are not playing well in the tournament so far. We still managed to win our second match with 1-0 scoreline after being outplayed. If our players doesn't up their game we won't go far in the tournament.

I find it annoying but I also use the Desktop. I'm not one to use the phone, ours is only for emergencies anyways. But even if I did, I was trying to think & I believe I would still find it annoying to be doing something else & something pops up on my screen. I'll see the notifications when I log into a forum & when I'm ready to react to it.

    What about you @Heatman? 🙂

They are very annoying to be very honest, I always have them turned off any website/forum that I'm making use of. I have my schedule on how to visit each sites throughout the week. So, when I come online, I can get on with what have happened or if I get mail about something important, I'll jump on the site immediately.

If money did not exist and you could have any job in the world, what would you do?

Well, if money didn't exist, why would you want to work? What going to be someone's pay after working on any job that he or she wants? If money doesn't exist but people still need to work, then another commodity will be what's going to replace money and that's going to paid to people.

  5. There are some jobs that can become very challenging for you and it's going to be very difficult for you to give 100% on the job all the time. Whenever it gets to this point with me in any job, I'm going to walk away for my mental health.

If you stop learning at 20 you're not old, just ignorant. 😛

I completely agree with you! I believe that he was just trying to stress the importance of steady acquisition of knowledge because things keep changing and you need to change along with it or you get stuck in the past.

  7. My mother have also been the one who do all the food shopping in our house when I was still living together with them. She's the one that cooks, so she knows what to buy and in what quantity it's needed in the house.

  8. How about not choosing either of them if it's possible? Well, but if I must choose one, I would gladly go to prison than being locked up in an insane asylum. Some people live very comfortably in prisons and get whatever they want depending on the crew they belong to. This is a chance I'm willing to take than go to mental institution.

I agree with it for those who deserve it but at the same time there are a lot of people who are falsely accused by a malicious person and just the accusation alone completely destroys their lives, so bad that they can never recover.

Personally, I don't have any problems with the cancel culture for as long as it's something that can be justified they are cancelling someone for, then it's worth it. But when it's just an agenda to bring someone down without any good reason, then that's where I have a serious problem with it and those doing it.

If we talk about this in a Fantasy realm, that would be one thing. We can think of all sorts of answers. Reminds me of the cartoon  The Wuzzles which was a fun, entertaining cartoon but was just that. Fiction. Not meant to be taken literally.

I really wish humans wouldn't play around with Mother Nature. We have designer dogs that are crossed between other breeds. When we play with fire, unfortunately, us humans are not the ones who get burned, but rather the animals are the ones to suffer.

Seriously, humans and what they play around with science can be very stupid at sometimes. I don't understand the appeal where someone would just wake up and want to crossbreed a dog with a wild animal for home use as a pet? What's their purpose? Scientists who do that rubbish, what's their plan?

Good afternoon everyone I’m back after being away from forums and websites for mental health reasons. It hasn’t been good so I had to take a step back. Anyway I’m looking forward to posting with you guys again 🙂

It's nice to have you back @Lucy Lacemaker. Our health comes first in anything we do because when you compromise on it, there's a very high possibility of things becoming more ugly. It's good to have you back once again.

My day is going very well and we (Nigeria) just won our first match in the ongoing AFCON tournament. I'm so very happy.

Thanks.  My recent guides have really been focused around enforcing that reusing the same password is a poor idea.  Although there is so much to cover as a whole. 😅

Actually, I have only used two different passwords in my online accounts but they are quite strong for me not worry about it being leaked or hacked. Although, I made sure to use 2FA on all my accounts as a second layer support in case. I'd never click on any link that I'm not aware of its origin or source.

  13. I have seen this brute force attack in use several times in some tech and sci-fi movies/TV shows I've watched. At first, I used to think it's the real but when I research deeper, I got to realize that such hack software is available and usable by anyone. This is why all my accounts are second layer protected with 2FA.

I think all the trolls were in fact teenagers. They love the chaos and drama. We have an older crowd nowadays and while they can be opinionated, they usually aren't up to no good.

    Hear!! Hear!!

Most of them are just silly kids who doesn't know anything about life for them to be behaving like they are depraved online. Although, there are some older people who do the same thing too.

That is the issue with humans nowadays. They get lazier & lazier with all this tech. Thinking tech will save them & protect them. They don't realize that those behind the tech can monitor us.

Facts! This is one of the biggest problem when it comes to using techs and completely depending on them. Are they all truly trustworthy to secure you without spying on your details? The answer is NO! Add that to being lazy in using those techs, it's almost as good as you're not protected.

  16. It was instilled in me by my mentor right from childhood that nothing good comes for free. This is why it's very difficult for me to be enticed with the offer of free products. I'm not a beggar, I can afford what I want to buy. If a product doesn't give me what I want, no matter the kind of promo and offers they have on it, I would never be interested in buying it. Better Business Bureau and Trust Pilot have always been helpful in getting reviews that I can trust.

I’ve heard of a password manager called LastPass. There’s multiple options on the market and it really depends on your personal preferences. Some people can remember their passwords, but these services are best used for people who use 16 characters plus randomly generated credentials

If someone is making use of a randomly generated passwords, the person definitely needs to make use of a password manager because there's no way the person can remember the pass on his own. This is why I don't make use of randomly generated passwords. Even though my password is long, it's something I can remember if you wake me up from sleep immediately.

  18. When it comes to voting during elections in your country, how do you usually feel about it? Are you normally compelled to take part in doing your civic duties by voting in the elections to vote and elect your leaders?

Do you trust the electoral system of your country to ensure that your votes will count during elections?

  19. There are some websites that pops up the notification for you to enable push notifications and some applications have the feature too. Once the push notification is enabled, you would be getting a pop up push notifications over your screen whenever there's an update on the website or app.

Do you like using this push notifications feature or do you see it as something that's annoying?

I use 2FA, or Two Factor Authentication with Google Auth on websites that are financial related or mean a lot to me. I don’t use them all of websites and forums, but sites that have a lot of personal information on, I will add an extra layer of security. Make sure to backup your auth codes!

It was recently that I started using Google authenticator app for generating code for my 2FA. I normally make use of my email to receive the code but after setting my account on Crypto.com, I was forced to start using Google authenticator because that's the only place the app allowed for you to get code to approve your cryptocurrency transaction.

What I think is sad is when you go out to eat & people are looking down at their phones instead of chatting with their friends.

Face to face interpersonal communication have been dead a long time ago. It's sad that communication technology(social media platforms) was built to connect person and the world but it only ended up isolating us from our loved ones.

  22. Finally, I was able to find how to disable the ad blocker on Brave Browser. You just have to click on the lion 🦁 head icon and toggle the bar off. Since I found out, it's no longer a problem for me with using the browser especially on websites that are against using ad blocker.

It's a big problem on music learning forums and social media.  Anyway, some criticism is understandable, but generally it's a lot of elitist jerks and one thing about my forum is that crap is not allowed.

It's very unfortunate that we have more of keyboard warriors than we do in real life. Most of those jerks wouldn't say anything in front of you should they ever meet you in person. A lot of them are just big sore losers who are just never happy for anyone in whatever they are doing.
